Gary Halbert, the man who has been called (and who even sometimes called himself) “the World’s greatest copywriter” died in his sleep on Sunday 8 April, 2007.
Gary was real a great man and his passing away means one of my lifetime dreams will never be fulfilled, i.e. to meet him in person… For many years I have been a regular and avid reader of his newsletter, which you could find at Gary Halbert’s Letters (I tried to visit for a last time, maybe look for archives, but it’s no longer there. Anyway, just google his name and you’ll certainly find lots of things on this truly exceptional man)
